AlterativUs is a small, specialised consulting organisation focused on creative thinking and planning. 

With our programme of coaching and facilitated workshops we help organisations to build creative capability into their culture.  This means developing inspirational and creative leaders who understand how to promote and support the right behaviours throughout their business.

Our Founder and CEO, Martin Smith, is a highly-experienced business manager and consultant with cross-industry experience.  Prior to his 20 years in the commercial world he pursued a career in the performing arts as an actor and musician. He uses skills learnt at this time together with his training as a facilitator to enable management teams to think more freely and creatively.
