The Alterativus™ Framework

The AlterativUs™ Framework describes the facets of the ideal creative leader.  We use this framework as the basis for coaching. It allows you to understand the qualities and behaviours involved and evaluate yourself in this context. We can then help you to assess the extent to which this ideal applies to you in your role.  We are then in a position to map your progress towards becoming a more rounded creative leader.
