The AlterativUs Methodology

AlterUs

We have developed a unique methodology to develop inspirational leaders who can build and maintain a creative environment.  The individual elements of the AlterUs™ methodology are described below.

AlterativUs Framework

The facets of the ideal creative leader.  This framework is the basis for coaching.

It allows you to understand the qualities and behaviours involved and evaluate yourself in this context.

We can then help you to evaluate the extent to which this ideal applies to you in your role.

You are then in a position to map your progress towards becoming a more rounded creative manager.
