Offer conditions
You will not be surprised that two great value offers like this some conditions attached. However, there shouldn't be anything here to put you off.
- We reserve the right to decide if your organisation and project qualify for the offer. This is a judgement call on our part and it would be influenced by the criteria listed below.
- We would need to feel that there is a good opportunity of follow-on work with your organisation should we impress you. That is a purely subjective judgement we would make. We ask for no commitment (formal or informal) on your part
- The project to be health checked needs to be "a good subject" in the sense that there are true concerns and issues to explore. In other words, we would want to feel performing the health check was a good investment of time and effort for all concerned.
- The scope agreed for the study needs to be realistic for the time available. Hence, the specific use of the word "project" in the offer rather than "programme". What is "realistic" within the time available will depend on access to key documentation and individuals.
