AlterativUs is ideally skilled to inspire a creative atmosphere and introduce methods for developing effective implementation plans.  Using a wealth of exciting and proven techniques, for example, games, improvisation and relaxation, we can energise and motivate the team to unlock their true creative potential. 

We are equipped to do more than just facilitate 'creative' sessions at your pre-planned meetings.  We have a network of suppliers and specialists that enables us to provide a total workshop service - from arranging the accommodation and agenda to providing entertainment and motivational speakers.

 We can help you to define the problem statement and/or objective for the event. However, if you are clear about what you need to accomplish at the meeting then we will work closely with you to set the agenda.

We use a unique tool-box that helps us to choose appropriate styles and activities in order to generate the right environment/atmosphere in which to achieve your goals.

Our facilitators are trained in and will use the AlterUs™ methodology to guide participants through stimulating activities and exercises.  This will build cohesive teams and incite new ideas and ways of working.

Similar to the ‘Energiser workshop’  we will use improvisation, role and game play to stimulate and motivate participants.  But, the difference with an Holistic workshop is the addition of relaxation and meditation techniques.  The process of shutting out external pressures through relaxation allows people to clear their minds and then be more open to participation and idea creation. 

The activities of the day ensure that the well-being of the individual is catered for as well as the business.

Total Workshop Service

We arrange everything for you from the accommodation and agenda to facilitators and materials.
